Excellent customer service! I dropped in on a whim to see if my ring could be reshaped after a near fall flattened the bottom. The ring was purchased elsewhere and is valued only around three hundred dollars but is special to me. In less than ten minutes, I was greeted with a smile, my ring was taken to the back, and I was on my way. Friendly and courteous and will definitely return in the future. Thank you!

Tennie's made the process so easy for finding my ring. I didn't really know where to start, but they were very patient and pleasant to work with. We came back again when looking for our wedding rings. The second experience was just as great. Would definitely recommend, and will be back for future needs.

Highly recommended in my opinion, super helpful staff, very friendly service. Many jewelry options and very good quality pieces. Tennie's has been in the valley for over one hundred years, which just goes to show you how much they care for their customers. Stop by! They are located right on College Avenue in Appleton,with parking available behind their store.

Making a bad situation better. The help in replacing my lost ring was helpful in options, advising on possible insurance claim as well as how quickly we could obtain the ring after sizing and inscription. Very easy to work with

The gorgeous selection of jewelry compares equally to great customer service. I bought my wife an anniversary present here. The rose gold ring is wonderful and at a fair price. The service here is very friendly and the store is clean and professional. This place is a nice experience to shop in. My wife bought me a new citizen eco drive watch here and i love it. Although I have never shopped for jewelry, I could not have been more pleased with my purchase from Tennie’s Jewelry. Bob made the entire process smooth, comforting, and informative. I was quite nervous as one would expect. He walked me through options to pick out the perfect ring for us. I was recommended to them by my father, and will tell my son to go no where else when the time comes for him, as well.
